Network Rail needed a Nottingham venue for a national networking and exhibition event. Key requirements included excellent transport links, virtual presentation facilities, and a combined conference and exhibition space to foster seamless networking opportunities for delegates across the UK.

Trent Conference Centre met every need. With tram access from Nottingham Train Station, 300 parking spaces, and proximity to East Midlands Airport, delegate access was simple. Our 12,000 sq. ft. Auditorium provided a stage, cutting-edge AV, and on-site technical support for a seamless event.

Despite snowy weather, delegates arrived at our well-connected venue to network, reconnect with colleagues, and attend engaging presentations. The event ran smoothly, proving Trent Conference Centre’s reliability and ensuring a successful day for all involved.
