Can you provide additional conferencing equipment

We offer an extensive range of audio and visual equipment. Please ask our event coordinators if you require; laptops, laptop speakers, HD 360-degree cameras and display adapters.
We also have professional streaming and filming packages where you can showcase your amazing event. We can provide you with the raw data file of filming as well as live streaming your event.
Please discuss this with your event coordinator to book the equipment or packages.
How accessible is your venue?

Trent Conference Centre is an accessible venue. We have a number of disabled parking spaces, a lift to the first floor and the same access points for all.
What options do you offer for participants who are only able to attend remotely?

Our facilities allow for those attend remotely to participate in events. Our main auditorium is fully equipped for live streaming. We also have a range of equipment available which can be used in our smaller meeting rooms. Just indicate that you'd like this service when submitting our Booking Form.
Whats included in your standard conferencing package?

Included within our standard conferencing package are the following: room hire, setup and set-down, car parking, wifi, projector, screen and a flipchart. You can see the included and optional extras for each space on the specific room page.
Do you offer various room layouts?

Yes, we offer a range of layouts for each of our spaces. The Spaces Page provides more information on each space, including the offered room layouts and capacities for each.
Payments & discounts
Do you offer block booking discounts?

We do offer discounts for multiple bookings (made at the same time). A member of our team would be happy to speak to you about your requirements and prepare a bespoke quote for you.
Do you offer a charity discount?

We do offer a discounted rate to customers who are registered charity. Please contact a member of our team for more details.
How are event charges calculated?

Events are meetings are generally charged on a Day Delegate Rate (DDR). This is a charge per person, per day which covers everything that is covered within our basic conferencing package. Catering is charged in addition to this due to the range of options that we provide.
Booking process
What steps are required to confirm a booking?

After submitting a Booking Form, we'll get back to you on the same business day* with any further questions or additional info, a booking contract and a link to pay your deposit. Once the contract is signed and the booking deposit paid, the booking will be confirmed.
*Same business day for submissions made < 4pm GMT. For submissions after 4pm, expect a response on the next business day.
How long does it take for you to respond to a booking enquiry?

We aim to reply to all booking form submissions on the same business day. If submissions are made after 4pm GMT then it will be the following business day.
Business days are Mon-Fri.
Can I book directly on the website?

Yes, and no. You can send an enquiry to our team via our Booking Form and a member of our team will get back to you to confirm your requirements prior to final booking.
So, bookings made via our Booking Form are not final until the official agreement has been signed and the deposit paid.
